At Adelig we have used extensively SolMan’s ITSM functionalities and have deployed them for several clients, so we can offer simple and effective solutions, with a limited scope and fast implementation.

  • ChaRM: Change Request Management

The ChaRM functionality provides the IT organization with a management model for functional changes, and other type of changes, running on SAP SolMan. With this solution the IT organization has clarity and transparency in the management and control of all changes.
